Memberships and passes are nontransferable and not to
be shared with other people at the range. If you lose your Membership
card there is no refund. All memberships and passes are valid April
30th to November 15th 2010. Grass tees and short game Area will be
closed at the discretion of management. Members and his/ her family
members or guests, hereby releases Southborough Golf Practice and
Learning Center, its employees and the facility from all liability and
claims for personal injury, theft or damage to their personal property
incurred while using the facility and further indemnify and hold
harmless Southborough Golf Practice and Learning Center for any claims
arising from his or her use of the facility including but not limited
to a reasonable attorney fees and costs. The punch cards are not
